Unlike other spas, we practice the highest form of
team service. This means that the skills of the entire staff are
available to you. We do not lock you into a single technician, or
keep you on a waiting list. This is why we do not take appointments,
we are always ready and waiting to meet your service needs and
accommodating your busy schedule. You can be assured that any
technician ,will always give you the same consistent great quality
and customer satisfaction, each and every time: guaranteed.
“Appointments”
We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are
able to accommodate your specific scheduling request. However,
walk-ins are always welcome.
Late Arrival Policy: Please be aware there
may be other appointments scheduled after your service,
therefore, we cannot guarantee your appointments if you are more
than 15 minutes late. We will consider your appointment a no
show or we may shorten your treatment.
“Gratuities”
If you are pleased with the service you have received, it is
customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to each of your technicians.
Gratuities are accepted in cash or a check written to the
technician.
“Store Policies”
Exchange Policy: Only unopened, unused make-up
can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase & original sales receipt
is required. All sales are final on jewelry, luggage, handbags,
novelty & clearance items. No cash refunds will be issued.
Child Care Policy: Though staff will always
respond with care & concern, they cannot assume responsibility for
children’s safety & comfort when they are unattended. Responsibility
for the welfare & the behavior of children rests with the parent,
guardian, or responsible caregiver.
